Benefits Survey

 
The deadline to complete the annual CNY SHRM Compensation and Benefits Survey has been extended through June 28th. This is an opportunity for HR professionals and local businesses to participate in and receive invaluable benefits and compensation data from local businesses to help stay competitive in today’s job market. Based on feedback received from last year’s survey participants, we have consolidated a number of positions and added new job titles that more accurately describe today’s workforce. Categories include: Administrative/Clerical, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Human Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
