CNY SHRM is nationally and locally recognized as CNY’s premier human resource organization.  As such, CNY SHRM members serve as strategic partners on workforce issues that contribute to CNY’s socioeconomic success.

CNY SHRM endeavors to preserve diversity of thought while creating opportunities for innovation in human resource management with a dedication to excellence in services, events, research, performance, and education. 

Purpose

• Foster an environment that embraces sharing innovative ideas, best practices and values of a diverse nature
• Develop high-performing HR professionals
• Encourage corporate cultures that welcome opportunities to implement best practices
• Drive educational initiatives focused on building membership
• Develop HR communities through networking initiatives
