Job Description
HR Works is supporting our client, located in Binghamton, NY, with its search for a Human Resources Manager. This is a fully onsite opportunity, with a compensation range of $65,000-$70,000.
The Role: The Human Resources Manager administers the daily operations of a small, fast-paced, and multi-faceted non-profit organization that is committed to eliminating racism and empowering women.
HR operations include talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, and development. This role administers compensation and benefits programs, maintains compliance, recordkeeping, and reporting, while also supporting managers with HR policies and employee relations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field is desired but commensurate experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a mid-sized (75+) organization is required, with 5+ years of HR Generalist experience supporting all areas of the HR function.
- Prior experience working in a non-profit organization, with a strong commitment to serving underserved and marginalized populations is required.
- A related certification is strongly preferred.
