HR Business Partner IT

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will be responsible for consulting with IT leaders and managers in efforts to influence how they manage the employee population and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high quality Human Resource service delivery through their use of consultative skills and their ability to partner with both the client and HR colleagues through our centers of expertise.
Responsible for working with IT leaders and managers assisting in the education, communication and delivery of HR practices, programs and policies, including talent assessment, performance and compensation management, diversity and inclusion, human capital metrics and coaching. Educate and train teams on benefits, policies, diversity and key HR activities (equity, benefits, engagement surveys, etc.) Serves as a strategic partner between corporate HR and the IT leadership to design and deliver on Human Capital strategies and solutions, including leadership development, succession planning, strategic staffing and organizational design and effectiveness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8 + years of experience in human resources 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • SPHR Certification
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resource principles, practices and employee relations. 
  • Experience partnering with IT leaders and managers in an HR capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a change agenda and deliver results.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices, federal laws and regulations. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with leaders management. 
  • Social Media Savviness.
