Join us from March 16-21, 2026. We'll depart from Port Canaveral, Florida, with ports of call in Nassaui, and Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas. Both locations are located in the Bahamas. Along the way we'll have a well-rounded menu of educational sessions to accomodate your time on the ship while providing networking opportunities outside of the scheduled sessions. 

Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas  will be our cruise ship for this conference. The cruise will be five days allowing the HR professional to enjoy the getaway as well as earn recertification credits and learning from a variety of speakers - many of which are nationally-known.

• $749 conference registration rate - from 6/1/2025 until 12/15/2025
• $799 conference registration rate - from 12/16/2025 until sailing
