This session will provide an overview on the salary data compiled from the 2020 CNY SHRM Salary survey, as well as information on how to use salary survey data. Jennifer Loftus from Astron Solutions will review the data and share some of her insights.  With the data from the CNY participants, Jennifer will also incorporate some state and national data for comparison. She will uncover and explain trends in total rewards in conjunction with her own work and experience at Astron Solutions.
