Laura Georgianna is the Sr. Director, Organization Capability and Development at Welch Allyn
Culture as an Enabler of Strategy Execution: In this session Laura will share examples of programs/processes that Welch Allyn has put in place to assist in creating a culture that can drive execution of the company's strategy. She will describe actions taken to weave desired behaviors, employee perspective, the physical work environment, performance/incentives and other programs together to build the desired organizational culture. She will also facilitate the group in sharing how others are leveraging culture to drive execution in their own organizations.
Laura Georgianna is the Sr. Director, Organization Capability and Development at Welch Allyn. In this role Laura and her team are responsible for a variety of programs, processes and initiatives that help to increase the effectiveness of the organization and drive strategic execution. Responsibilities of the team include: Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership and Individual Development, Organization Design and Organizational Development. Prior to joining Welch Allyn, Laura worked for Merck & Co., Thomson Financial, American Express and Honeywell. She has a BA from the University of Rochester and an MBA and MILR from Cornell University. |
