Renée Downey Hart,  PhD

Renée Downey Hart, PhD is Professor of Practice in the Madden School of Business at  Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.  Prior to joining the faculty five years ago, she was a partner in the firm of Eagle Consultants in Syracuse, an international organizational development firm based in Syracuse.  She has been praised for her interactive style and ability to bring research into reality.  Her years of consulting from the Silicon Valley to the Valley of the Kings in Egypt offer her wonderful vantage points from which to explore business in Central New York.



Frank Panzetta
Director Employee Experience
St. Joseph’s Hospital
 
Frank Panzetta has had an extensive, progressive, experience within the field of Human Resources.  He graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.  Soon after, he began his career at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, and has been there for over 25 years.  St. Joseph’s is a large health care system with 429 acute care beds and wide array of outpatient services serving over 16 counties throughout Upstate New York.
 
In 2013 he took on a new role in a newly created office, as Director of Employee Experience.  The main focus of the role to is work closely with the staff, leadership, and the Office of Patient Experience, in order to maximize the overall experience for both, staff and patients.  His familiarity with both Healthcare in general, and specifically St. Joseph’s has uniquely positioned him for this role.
 
He has served on several SHRM and ASHRAA committees throughout his career.  He is an active member and participant in our local CNYSHRM.


Angela Lee
Sr. Director, Global Human Resources

Angela Lee is a Sr. Director at Welch Allyn.  She currently leads a global team of strategic HR Business Partners for the company.  Angela is a seasoned leader with over 17 years of broad functional HR experience that includes Strategic Planning, Organizational Design, Staffing & Selection, Compensation and Organizational Capability. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire in Business Management & Economics.



Rob Didio
Director Human Resources

Rob Didio joined Stickley in October 2001 as Director Human Resources. As Director he is accountable for all Human resources functions including organizational planning and development, benefits, employment, employee relations, health, safety, security, and training.  Prior to joining Stickley, Rob served as the Corporate Director Human Resources, Pyramid Companies and has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Le Moyne College.
 
Rob is a member of the CNYSHRM Senior HR Advocate Committee and the MACNY HR Council.  In addition, he serves on the Boards of Directors for Aurora of Central New York and Interfaith Works.
