Syracuse, NY (14 OCT 10) – The Central New York Society for Human Resource Management, (CNYSHRM) will present an innovative breakfast program, "Learn to Lead Like a Pirate!" on Oct 22, 2010 at the Doubletree Hotel in Syracuse. Registration and breakfast begins at 8:00 AM, and the program will run from 8:30 to 10:00 AM.  The program is being sponsored by ADP.

Chris Novak, seasoned HR executive, author, and founder of The Summit Team, will use colorful imagery and the pirate model of the Captain, the Crew, the Mission, the Strategy and the Treasure to link the critical skills of each element with today’s leadership challenges.  It’s an enlightening, empowering and a unique new way to appreciate some old favorites!
