Learning Objectives:  Participants will learn how to establish Strategic Relationships with key individuals in the organization to influence organizational decision-making. They will understand how coaching can be an integral part of their human resource strategy through such initiatives as executive coaching and leadership development. Develop and utilize metrics to evaluate HR’s contribution to the  achievement of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. They will learn how to select, manage and measure the impact of coaching as it contributes to organizational effectiveness and the bottom line. Develop and align the organization’s human-capital management plan with its strategic plan. The HR professional will learn how to transfer technology to create a coaching culture. These skills will enable the HR professional to prepare a plan that aligns the human capital related activities to support the organization’s goals and to incorporate ethics and values into the coaching program. The participant will also learn how coaching distinguishes itself from the fields of consulting and therapy.
