HR professionals will receive a plethora of information to assist their organizations in the hiring and retention of veteran employees. We will begin the seminar with a panel discussion of veteran diversity experts. The panel will be moderated by Gary Richardson. Mr.  Richardson is President and CEO of RICHARDSON CONSULTING that specializes in Diversity Education.   Click here for bio.

HR professionals will receive the results of a CNY survey conducted by Dave Janczyk, a Unites States Air Force veteran and retired test engineer. Dave conducted this research survey by connecting with veterans that are currently looking for employment. This survey was designed to provide HR professionals with potential areas of improvement in their respective recruiting processes and diversity initiatives to increase the hiring of veteran employees.

The second hour of the seminar will include a presentation entitled "Legal concerns in hiring and employing Veterans", by Laura Harshbarger, a Labor and Employment Law attorney at Bond, Shoeneck & King.  HR professionals will learn the legal methods in which to recruit and retain veteran employees.  Click here for bio.
