This year’s conference will deliver content on creating an engaging workforce with a focus on growing talent within their organization.  Then event includes three keynote speaker presentations and multiple break-out sessions for participants to choose their preferred topics. 

Start the day off with a legal perspective from Laura Harshbarger of Bond, Schoeneck and King.  Then learn how to effectively motivate and empower employees to reach their peak performance with Don MacPherson of Modern Survey.  Rounding out the day is an economic and regional update from a local representative.  Breakout sessions will include topics such as Succession Planning, Cultural Development and Coaching for Leadership and Organizational Development.
