We are currently seeking an organized, motivated and flexible HR Administrative Assistant to work part time, 18hrs per week providing administrative and functional support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department including new hire data entry, letter preparation, filing and wage verifications. 
  • Maintain and Update HRIS databases including data entry and status changes.
  • Assist employees and applicants in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred. One to three (1-3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related field is required including HRIS employee data entry and changes and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver’s license and successfully complete a Criminal Background Check and Child Abuse Clearance.
