Human Resources Advisor

The HR Advisor will develop and maintain relationships with assigned departments while providing coaching and mentoring on a variety of HR issues.  Facilitates training with department leaders in areas of policies and procedures, administrative practices, corrective counseling, performance management and corporate culture and values.  Effectively administers processes for corrective counseling, problem resolution processes and enforcement of the harassment policy.

Ideal candidate will have three years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist with a focus in employee relations. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.  Knowledge of labor employment laws as well as policies and procedures as they pertain to Human Resource Administration.
