HR Generalist

Loretto is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to act as an onsite HR partner for individual business units to provide advice and effectively execute processes to achieve measurable results. In addition, this position will be responsible for labor and risk management among other HR duties.  This individual will be a primary point of contact for all HR functional areas (i.e. Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Labor & Employee Relations, Recruitment & Retention).   A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2-3 years HR experience directly related to labor, risk management and a unionized environment is required.  Certification in Human Resources preferred.  Healthcare experience is preferred but not a requirement.  Organizational skills are critical due to the complex nature of the department.  The position will report directly to the HR Manager.  Loretto is committed to transforming the face of eldercare and this very specific role can be a major contributor to this mission.   Loretto offers competitive wages and benefits including 401k, medical/dental/vision and generous paid time off.
