Employment Administrator

Housing Visions is looking for a FT innovative Employment Administrator. Responsible for excelling in providing quality human resource services to employment applicants, employees and the company focusing on the employment area.

Position requirements include: Combination of 5 years human resource experience and/or education. Min of AAS in Human Resources required. BA/BS and PHR certification preferred. Min of 3 yrs. of human resource/ payroll experience required with emphasis on employment recruiting . Knowledge of state and federal regulations and best practices related to human resources. Proficiency in Excel and Word. ADP software experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
