HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst will work closely with the HRIS Manager to ensure all personnel action forms are appropriately signed prior to entering the transaction, performs daily system audits, maintenance and testing of system.  The position will also require candidate to have a complete understanding of the HRIS system to include, set up, report generation, interfacing between systems and maintaining the programs enhancements and updates.  

Ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience specifically with HRIS maintenance; including report writing experience and previous experience in HR and payroll administration. Preference is experience with Infinium/AS400 software including HR, Payroll and Query.  Additional requirements included:  knowledge of MS Office and HR Logix applicant tracking and Kronos time-keeping, excellent written and verbal communication skills, Six Sigma or similar process improvement training and / or certification.  Candidate must be able to work flexible schedule to meet the business needs.
