Ralph Simone is the President and Co-founder of Productivity Leadership Systems (PLS), a CNY firm offering Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Services.  After graduating with an Accounting degree from Siena College, Ralph worked for several years at Coopers & Lybrand before following his true passion for coaching.  Today, Ralph is an accomplished and highly sought after Certified Executive Coach with over 10,000 hours of experience, an author of Making It Stick – 7 Simple Steps to Create Lasting Positive Change, and the designer of an advanced yearlong leadership development course, LeadFORWARD.  Ralph lives what he teaches; “slow down to go faster” is what guides his choices daily.  Spending quality time with his wife, Maggie, son Renny, 14 and daughter, Sophie, 12, provides the life balance that makes everything else worthwhile and purposeful.
