HR Partner (HR Manager)
The ideal candidate will be able to role model our competency standards: communicates effectively, personal excellence, cultural competence, builds and leverages relationships, optimizes decision making, builds talent and engagement, manages change, fosters accountability and results. Experience in a fast paced, changing environment is essential. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Business Administration or equivalent is required. 6+ years direct HR Generalist/Partner experience required, including employee relations, conflict resolution, coaching employees at all levels, interpreting and applying HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws and standards. 5+ years in a management role where knowledge of basic management principles including planning and organizing, resource management, and people management was developed. Ability to handle sensitive, complex, and confidential information. Broad knowledge of the totality of HR products and services. Experience successfully demonstrating the application of project management and problem solving skills to improve a process or address a need. Additional experience in other functional areas of HR is preferred.
