Rapid Response Monitoring, a national leader in advanced high-tech electronic alarm & security monitoring, is searching for a highly motivated professional to join their team as a Human Resource Generalist.

Job Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative tasks.
  • Recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Perform basic employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job related conflicts, employee performance issues and terminations; conduct exit interviews.
  • Ability to clearly explain and answer questions related to policies, practices, benefit programs, etc.
  • Prepare various reports and conduct various audits.
  • Miscellaneous special projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to take the initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, must have strong interpersonal skills, and be a team player.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum requirements are a Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Human Resources or related field; equivalent work experience of that achieved through 2 - 5 years of progressive work in the Human Resource field. PHR/SPHR preferred.
