Associate Director of Human Resources Information Technology

Syracuse University is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources Information Technology to join its dynamic Human Resources unit. The Associate Director of HR Information Technology will lead and be accountable for the technology team supporting Human Capital Development’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The Associate Director will be responsible for planning and coordinating the effective and efficient use of the University’s enterprise application systems in support of our mission and goals, and is a primary conduit of collaboration between IT and Services (ITS). She/he will report directly to senior management in the Office of Human Resources.

Competitive candidates will have a minimum of:
•    a graduate degree in Information Technology or an applicable discipline preferred.
•    5-8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Qualified candidates with relevant work experience in a higher education environment is desired.
