Oneida Nation Enterprises, LLC - Benefits Specialist Oneida Nation Enterprises, LLC is currently seeking an HR professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team. If you are experienced in the process of Benefit Enrollment and (401k) Retirement Plans we encourage you to apply. The Benefits Specialist will support the Benefits team by communicating benefit plans to employees, enrolling employees in life/medical/disability insurance, retirement plan and direct deposit. Ensuring employees have a complete understanding of Oneida Nation Enterprises benefit plan options, creating and maintaining benefits files, and auditing benefits information are key elements in this role. Candidates must have knowledge of all regulatory and legal standards; and understand FMLA, ADA, and HIPPA compliance. Ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree, or at least 2 years previous work experience and training in Benefits/Human Resources Administration. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Additional requirements included; Strong computer background, with the ability to write and create reports and work with Microsoft Office, excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
