Anoplate - Human Resources Recruiter

The Human Resources Recruiter will perform full execution of the recruiting process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including recruiting administration. The HR Recruiter reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and provides day-to-day support for a variety of other human resources programs and activities.  Responsibilities include IT maintenance of the recruiting database to include data entry, reporting, and programming adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations. The HR Recruiter will occasionally assist with organizational communication and coordinating special events as needed.  Other activities include leading the Wellness Committee and initiatives to encourage and support Anoplate’s wellness culture. Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.  It is essential for the HR Recruiter to maintain confidential employee and company information within the Human Resources Department and assist in leading the organization in various initiatives. 

 

Additional Qualifications:  BA degree preferred and 3-5 years relevant experience. A working knowledge of general office practices and procedures required.   Must possess excellent communication, interviewing, attention to detail, administration, customer service and organizational skills and be able to handle confidential information.  Must possess a technical and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software.  Must be sensitive to cultural differences and able to incorporate that understanding into work practices.
