Benefits Administrator - SRC

SRC is currently seeking a benefits administrator to join our Corporate human resources team. This person will be responsible for providing and maintaining extraordinary levels of service to employees and management.

- Benefits program administration including self- funded medical plan, dental, life, long term disability and defined contribution retirement plans

- Develop and deliver benefit related communications, including descriptions of benefit plans on Company intranet and self-service portal

- Management of open enrollment process to include travel to satellite offices

- Manage compliance of health and welfare programs including annual audit support and preparation and distribution of other required notices and audits

- Disability/FMLA and workers compensation administration

- Total compensation statement project management

- Healthcare reform analysis and tracking

- Benefit analysis/nondiscrimination testing

- Claim resolution

- Maintain relationships with benefit plan vendors

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience

- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication

- Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS, specifically Ceridian and BenefitFocus, is preferred

- Knowledge of ERISA

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment is required
