Human Resources Business Partner - Raymond Corp. (Green. NY) - Temporary Job Summary: Under general supervision, plans, conducts and overseas assignments in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment and employment, employee records, job evaluation, compensation, benefits administration, organizational development, training, affirmative action/equal employment opportunity, and/or special projects. Oversees the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through Personnel Practices Manual, various corporate communications, and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. May provide oversight and/or guidance for lower level Human Resources Generalist – Business Partners. Job Requirements:
Education/Experience: Fully competent professional position, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent. Master’s Degree is strongly preferred. Professional designations are also preferred (i.e. SPHR, CEBS, etc.). More than 8 years professional experience and leadership experience is required.
