Recruitment Manager - Upstate Cerebral Palsy


The Recruitment Manager oversees a full cycle recruitment process which includes communicating with hiring management regarding open positions, requisitioning positions, determining advertisement and sourcing strategies, screening candidates, scheduling and interviewing candidates, preparing and extending offers, and onboarding of candidates and hires. Interfaces with functional leaders and HR Staff to collaborate on recruiting strategies and solutions for key vacancies and complex recruiting opportunities. The Manager will coordinate all recruitment initiatives of the Agency by establishing and reinforcing positive partnerships throughout the organization and in the community.

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related fields with 2 - 4 years of related experience; or a combination of related education and work experience. Experience working in a large and complex organization with a very high volume of requisitions preferred.
