Human Resources Manager (Full Time - 35 hours) - The Family & Children's Service of Ithaca Qualifications: The Human Resources Manager must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources Management or a related field with prior experience working in a human resources department. PHR or SPHR certified preferred. Experience working with an Employee Assistance Program including contract management, solicitation and/or developing and/or facilitating professional development seminars/workshops is preferred. General Summary: The Human Resources Manager leads, guides and manages the provision of human resource policies, programs and services for the entire agency and advises agency leadership about human resources issues. The Human Resources Manager also oversees the agencies Employee Assistance Program including managing relationships with partners and soliciting new contracts with local employers. Responsibilities:
