Human Resources Coordinator - Catholic Charities of Onondaga County The Human Resources department of Catholic Charities of Onondaga County (CCOC) has a 35 hour per week Full Time opportunity for a team-oriented, driven individual to support the HR team in delivering seamless, quality employee focused services. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and functional support to the Human Resources department and assists employees with employment related questions in a timely, professional and courteous manner. A High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associates Degree, in Business or related field is preferred. One to three (1-3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licenses/Certificate/Clearances: Valid NYS Driver's license, NYS Child Abuse Registry clearance. Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other Microsoft Office software preferred; creative problem solving, negotiation skills and knowledge of ADP payroll and human resources software preferred. Mobility sufficient to drive to and participate in meetings and/or run errands to assist in the coordination of HR events at community facilities which may not meet Federal accessibility standards for disabled individuals.
