Labor Relations Manager  

Manufacturing site in Central New York needs Manager with 7 to 10 years labor/employee Relations experience to develop, plan, organize and administer labor relations plans.  Candidate will be responsible for controlling  all LR functions, participating in department goals working closely with HR to drive improvements.  Manager will update LR programs, writing job descriptions and have first chair experience in grievances/arbitrations and negotiations.
