As a NEW PARTICIPANT, please utilize the following steps to access the survey:

1. New participants can register to submit at: https://astronsurveys.com/CNYSHRM   
2. On the login page, click the I want to register link.
3. Fill out the registration form and click the Register button
4. After you register, you will receive an email with a temporary password to login.
5. The site is case sensitive.  On the login page, enter in your email address all in lower case and the temporary password exact.  I recommend you copy and paste it in the box.
6. As a new user you will be forced to change your password to something you more familiar with.
7. Once you change your password, login with your updated password.  On the home page you will see the 2023 CNY SHRM and MACNY Total Rewards Survey task.  Click the pencil icon to begin the survey.
