Our aseptic processing and packaging makes our solutions more convenient, efficient and environmentally friendly. We are seeking an energetic, skilled Senior Human Resources Manager for our facility in Penn Yan, New York. We are looking for a forward thinking HR professional who has demonstrated success in all core functions of HR, but also is able to maximize employee performance and meet strategic objectives as a business partner to the management team.  This person will help formulate strategies and programs to enhance cross-functional relationships, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, etc. This person manages all Human Resources functions and activities to ensure that KanPak recruits and retains a qualified workforce to meet KanPak and customer objectives. Ensures compliance with labor, safety and company rules and regulations.
