In today's world change is the norm. This session will address why coaching will help you succeed in these times of change?  This session will zoom in on what coaching is and walk you through the coaching cycle.  It will take a look at how our experiences filter our ability to see new options and possibilities as we are all challenged navigating through new territory.  It is very difficult to move smoothly with outdated models of the world.  This session will cover how coaching provides new insights for making new connections to increase productivity, as well as visit the coaching partnership and how it's structured.  The session will finish with a team building exercise and follow with a group discussion and questions.


 

Biography:  Kathy Quinn is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Communications Specialist.  Kathy works with professionals faced with the overload of today’s demands; who are committed to making changes in their personal and professional life.  Today she works with numerous individuals, private and public organizations.

 

Kathy brings over 20 years of experience to her work with coaching clients.  She offers a blend of experience as a coach, fine artist, business owner, educator and speaker. In addition to her certifications she studied design in NYC, later going on to complete a BS in Design from State University College at Buffalo and an MFA from Syracuse University.

Quinn discovered the strengths of using art for creative problem solving when she was teaching drawing in the freshman core department at Syracuse University.
