Please join us for this upcoming event at Make-a-Wish Foundation of CNY. This highly interactive session will provide an overview on the salary data compiled from the 2024 CNY SHRM Salary survey, as well as information on how to use salary survey data. Jennifer Loftus from Astron Solutions will review the data and share her insights. Along with the data from the CNY participants, Jennifer also will incorporate some state and national data for comparison. She will
uncover and explain hot trends in total rewards that you need to know about in conjunction with her own work and experience at Astron Solutions.
Bring your questions! There will be ample time for Q&A throughout the presentation. In addition, John Sazaklis of Astron Solutions will be in attendance. ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Jennifer C. Loftus, MBA, SPHR, PHRca, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, GRP, is a Founding Partner of and National Director for Astron Solutions. Her primary areas of expertise are total rewards, customized market surveys, employee opinion surveys, and technology-based HR solutions. Jennifer has 27 years of experience garnered at organizations including the Hay Group, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Eagle Electric Manufacturing Company, and Harcourt General.
Jennifer is Past President of New York City SHRM and former Certification Committee Co-Chair. She serves on World at Work’s Local Network Expert Council, previously as Council Chair and representative for the West Region. Jennifer also is CNYSHRM’s honorary HR Analytics Director. She is currently a subject matter expert to the SHRM Learning System, serves as an instructor with SHRM, and is an alumna of SHRM’s Total Rewards Special Expertise Panel & Workplace Flexibility Advisory Committee. Jennifer is a sought-after HR speaker, appearing on local and national television, radio, and conferences. She also has been published in local and national periodicals.
Jennifer has an MBA in Human Resource Management with highest honors from Pace University and a BS in Accounting summa cum laude from Rutgers University.
