This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our campus community by supporting approximately 500 employees across a range of employment categories.
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Senior Human Resources Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting and managing a broad range of HR functions. This includes overseeing employee benefits, coordinating training initiatives, contributing to policy development, ensuring Title IX compliance, conducting unbiased investigations, and promoting full observance of SUNY, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
