Mary Anne Ciccarelli, SPHR is the Director of Human Resources at Syracuse Model Neighborhood Facility, Inc. in Syracuse, New York. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She attended Syracuse University and later taught Human Resource Management at University College, their continuing education arm. Mary Anne has over 25 years of human resource management experience with over 13 years in the non-profit arena. Mary Anne currently teaches Strategic Management and Human Resource Development at LeMoyne College, assisting other HR practitioners prepare for professional certification. Mary Anne is currently in her 19th year of teaching.
