SHRM defines Diversity as “the collective mixture of differences and similarities that includes for example, individual and organizational characteristics, values, beliefs, experiences and backgrounds, preferences and behaviors."
During this discussion,  we will have three diversity experts join us, as listed below.  These experts will discuss and share some of what they feel are best practices, as well as share some successes and failures of their diversity programs.

We will ask our speakers to clearly discuss the following:

  • Communication Strategies/How do you sell your diversity program?
  • Achieving “buy in” from the Executive Suite.
  • Measuring the ROI.
  • How do you recruit diverse candidates in CNY/What are your recruitment strategies?
  • How do you connect applicants to corporate and social affinity groups?
  • How do you identify future trends?
  • How will your organization adapt to future trends?
  • One out of every 10 2014 college graduates will register on the Autism spectrum.  Has this been discussed at your organization?
  • How do you deliver Diversity Training?  Is it required?
